Shipping and Returns:
- All TVs ship via Fedex or via Freight Company. The shipping method will depend on the size, value and nature of the item.
- We cannot deliver to a PO BOX, Fedex/UPS Box, or anywhere outside the contiguous United States
- Delivery address must be Paypal verified
If your shipment was dispatched via Fedex:
Damage must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery. Should you discover any damage to your item, we will accept a return for a full refund or issue a replacement at no cost to you.
If your shipment was dispatched via Freight Trucking:
Freight shipments MUST be inspected prior to signature and acceptance. Should you discover damage after carrier has left, contact us as soon as possible. 7 Days after signature, we will be unable to accept a damaged return for any type of refund.
If your item is defective, no need to worry! You are fully covered by the manufacturer’s 1 Year in home warranty. We will help you navigate the process.
If your item is not defective or damaged, and you would like to return it:
You will have 30 days from receipt to return your merchandise. All we ask is that you pay the return shipping, and a 10% restocking fee
Rest assured, any product you buy from us will be brand new and carry a full manufacturers warranty.
