All items shipped to any address outside the United States are considered final sales and cannot be returned. Please note that we must declare the amount that you paid for your watch on the invoice included with the shipment. We are unable to declare the item as a gift, when shipping.
As per PayPal requirements, we can only ship your order to the confirmed address on your PayPal account.

We ship your order as quickly as possible, and often on the same day we receive it.
All orders to domestic locations are shipped free via UPS Ground. All orders shipped to P.O. Boxes, APOs, or FPOs are shipped free via USPS.
If you need your package right away, we are happy to upgrade your service at the costs outlined in the table below.
Shipments to Canada can be shipped by Expedited Service for a charge of $14.95.
We are also pleased to offer international shipping to most other countries for a flat fee of $59.95. All international shipments are fully insured and shipped International Priority via FedEx or UPS. If for any reason we are unable to ship your package without full insurance, we will contact you prior to the shipment's release.

Due to the temporary suspension of non-document shipments into the Russian Federation, we regrettably cannot ship orders to Russia at this time.
In most cases, orders placed after 11:00am ESTwill ship the following business day. This includes orders placed with Second Day Air or Next Day Air. Orders placed on Friday will not ship until Monday.
We will send you an email with your shipment notification and tracking information the evening your package is shipped.
All orders valued over $1000 USD will require a signature before UPS can release the package. Please make sure that an adult is available to sign for the package during the expected time of delivery.
All orders are fully insured against damage, loss and theft. Shipping insurance is free.
We offer a two year extensive warranty on any new timepiece bought at Ashford and a one year extensive warranty on any Certified Pre-Owned timepiece bought at Ashford. All items sold by Ashford are 100% brand new unless they are clearly described as "Certified Pre-Owned."
Our warranty covers the most important part of a watch: the movement. No matter how complicated, we are well-equipped and ready to repair it with the utmost care. In addition, we will replace your battery for two years from the date of purchase. Our warranty does not cover any damage to the movement resulting from mistreatment, improper use or from the wearer exceeding the manufacturer?s water resistance limitations. Additionally, we do not cover the watch case, bracelet, strap, crown, stem, crystal/glass and the watch finish. The warranty will be voided if there are signs of shock to the watch.
We do not cover the watch case, bracelet, straps, crown/stem, crystal/glass, finishes, damage caused by excessive wear-and-tear, physical abuse or damage resulting from exceeding the limitations of the water resistance of the watch.
All of our jewelry is covered for 90 days from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects. Items that have been sized, engraved or modified in any way cannot be repaired or serviced.
LEATHER GOODS & WRITING INSTRUMENTS
There is no repair warranty for Leather Goods and Writing Instruments at this time.
-These warranties are valid only at Ashford. Repair or warranty service performed by someone other than Ashford will void these warranties.
-To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ashford disclaims any liability for consequential or incidental damages for breach of written or implied warranty on any item, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
GUARANTEE OF AUTHENTICITY
All items sold by Ashford are 100% genuine and authentic with their original serial numbers intact. Additionally, all items sold by Ashford are brand new, unworn and free of defects, unless they are clearly described as "Certified Pre-Owned." All new Ashford items include original packaging, care manuals, and warranty cards, where applicable. Most Ashford items are sourced directly from the manufacturers.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, simply send your item back to Ashford in the same condition it was delivered, and Ashford would be happy to provide either a full refund of the purchase price or a store credit toward an exchange. Your item may only be returned as long as you have not worn or sized it. All items may be returned within 30 days of their delivery date. All items sold by Ashford are 100% brand new unless they are clearly described as "Certified Pre-Owned."
Please note: Items returned for refund are not eligible for a return label. Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer.
All returns are contingent upon an inspection by our Returns Department. The Returns Department must confirm that the item is unworn, undamaged, unaltered and where applicable still has the original tags, plastics, box, manual and warranty card before a refund is processed. Items determined to have been worn, altered or damaged will be sent back and no refund will be issued. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return and refund to be processed.
Items sent to any address outside the United States are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
If the package is shipped domestically, please fully inspect the watch before sending the package abroad.
To ensure a smooth return process, please inspect the item as soon as it arrives. Make sure the item is in good condition and working properly before wearing it or removing any tags or factory tape.
- If the item is not in good condition or not working properly then it must be repackaged immediately in order to be eligible for a return.
- Once it is worn or sized, or the tags/factory tape has been removed, Ashford will not accept the returned item.
In short, Ashford cannot replace or refund an item when:
- The item has been worn
- The tags/factory tape has been removed
- The product has been sized.
CANCELING/MODIFYING AN ORDER
If you need to cancel or modify your order for any reason, please contact us immediately. Please include your customer order #, name and e-mail address used for the order and what the reason for cancel or the modification is. If an order has already been shipped, we may not be able to modify or cancel your order.
