We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal as forms of payment. Orders shipped within the state of Michigan will have 6% sales tax applied to the order.
Freight Shipments & Damages
For residential deliveries, the chosen trucking company will contact you to set up a delivery appointment which will be at customer’s convenience. Once your shipment arrives from the trucking company, DO NOT sign anything until you have completely inspected your order. Once you sign the paperwork, the customer is signing off that the product is not damaged and has arrived as expected. In the unlikely event of item(s) arriving damaged, please notify the driver and ensure that they file the correct paperwork initiating a damage claim. Contact FixMyToys customer support team if a damage claim is filed so we can follow up with our shipping company to help get you a replacement as quickly as possible.
Returns are accepted within 60 days of confirmed delivery. Returns must be pre-authorized via RMA and in resalable condition including a copy of the sales invoice you received with the item. If the part is used, damaged, or not in original packaging (resalable condition) there is a possibility that you will not receive a full refund. Please always double check with us to make sure you have the correct part to prevent these types of problems. In the Event you ordered the wrong part, please contact us as we would much prefer to help you exchange the part for the proper one you need.
