After the payment has been made we will not  redirect the item(s) to any other addresses than the one on file. Mailing  address cannot be changed at any time during handling process.

If you need your package earlier than 3 to 4 weeks, please upgrade your shipping to Express Mail International.
  7. For orders being shipped to temporary stay addresses - such as hotels - we are not liable for failure to receive items in cases of late delivery, or lost packages.

Return Policy

SOBEONLINE1 provides a 30-DAY Return Policy  provided that the procedures and requirements referred to below are followed:
Refunds and exchanges may only be made within  30 days of receiving the merchandise.
If an item has been opened and/or used, a 20%  restocking fee will be applied for a refund or an exchange. All returns require  an authorization from one of our representatives issued within 30 days after  the date of purchase. The item needs to be shipped back with a valid tracking  number within the 30 days time frame. Products that are returned to SOBEONLINE1  with missing, damaged or altered Box, Parts, or Accessories will be refused and  shipped back to you.
All returns must be in the original  non-damaged condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards,  manuals and accessories or else it will not be accepted.
Original shipping & handling charges are  not refundable.

Defective Items
An item that was discovered to be defective  upon receipt has to be returned within 4 Days of receipt and can be replaced  with the same model only. You may also return a defective item for a refund.  After returning the item, we will have our team inspect the item to verify if  it has a defect as stated in the reason of return. We have the right to charge  a 20% restocking fee in case the item returned has no defect and are in a 100%  working condition.

Replacement
We will send a product replacement after the  authorized return has completed our receiving/inspection process. The  replacement will ship within four business days following our receipt of your  return. Please allow additional processing time after Holidays. Although it is  our goal to ship a replacement as quickly as possible, we do not send  replacements before we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.

Returning Items
All returned merchandise must be in original  condition, and must include the original factory box (UPC bar codes and serial  numbers must be intact) and factory packaging (e.g. foam, plastic, wrappings,  etc.), peripherals (e.g. battery, charger, cords, straps, etc.), included  warranty cards (without markings), and all instruction booklets and paperwork.  The RA number or any other inscriptions must not be written or printed on the  product box or packaging. We will not process the return if any of these  conditions are not followed.


Restocking Fee:
Please note if the item you return is used  there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your credit. You may receive a  refund for the item less a 20% restocking fee. Customer is responsible to ship  the item back to us.
