By purchasing this item and following activation, you will receive 360 days of wireless service from Red Pocket Mobile.
In this offering, you will receive a renewal flyer. This 360 day plan can be activated once on any of the 4 major wireless networks on which Red Pocket provides service to as long as the device is compatible with that network.
Red Pocket utilizes the best networks in America for talk, text and data service. Please review the coverage maps to ensure that you reside in an area where service is provided on your compatible device. You likely do, but you will want to verify.
Upon activation and every 30 days thereafter, until the end of your service term, you will receive 500 domestic minutes, 500 domestic text messages and 500 MB of data each 30 days. You will not be able to exceed the allotted amount of voice, texts or data. If you exhaust your credits, you may purchase additional credits directly at https://myeasyrefill.com
When you are running low on your credits, a notification message will be sent to you. You will also receive a notification that your service will expire on the last day of your service term. You will be notified to refill your account with additional service(s) should you exhaust any 30 day allotment for either voice, text or data, or when your service term expires.
You must utilize a compatible device in order to use Red Pocket Mobile. Any device that is currently active under a contract, has been suspended for non-payment, or reported lost or stolen may be ineligible for use with this service. Additional exclusions may apply.
Mobile internet speeds may vary by product line due to underlying wireless network constraints and device compatibility. Compatible devices required for 4G LTE mobile internet access.
"Reduced Speeds" denote mobile internet speeds slowed to approx. 64-128kbps, which is normally adequate for most mobile internet activities, such as email, social media (eg., Facebook) and maps, but is not suitable for video or audio streaming.
This plan only works within the United States and does not work internationally. We do not ship items outside of the USA or to Freight Forwarders. Service plans that are sold to Freight Forwarders will be cancelled and refunded.
Want to bring your pre-existing number over to Red Pocket? Not a problem! We however have a small number of requirements that need to be met, please make sure you can meet the following criteria:
You can bring your number over to Red Pocket from all the US carriers and mobile operators including but not limited to Boost Mobile, Page Plus, Virgin Mobile, and more.
Due to policies set by Red Pocket's underlying carrier for its CDMA LTE service, if either your phone number or your device is currently active with Red Pocket's underlying carrier for its CDMA LTE service, you may be unable to activate them on Red Pocket CDMA LTE. If you wish to use Red Pocket's CDMA LTE service, please ensure that a) your device is currently not active with Red Pocket's underlying carrier for CDMA LTE service and b) you either activate a new number or port in your number from a different carrier. Please note that no similar restrictions exist for activating service on Red Pocket's CDMA 3G, GSMA or GSMT services.
Due to policies set by Red Pocket's underlying carriers for its CDMAS (Sprint) service, if your phone number and your device is currently active with Red Pocket's underlying carrier for its CDMAS (Sprint) service, you will be unable to activate the device with a port if for the corresponding phone number on Red PocketCDMAS. If you wish to use Red Pocket's CDMAS service, please ensure that a) your device is currently not active with Red Pocket's underlying carriers for CDMAS (Sprint) service b)you either activate a new number or port in your number from a different carrier. You may also port in your existing phone number to a new device not currently active with the underlying carrier. Please note that no similar restrictions exist for activating service on Red Pocket's CDMA 3G, GSMA or GSMT.
Keep updated on the status of bringing your phone number to Red Pocket by creating an account here at my.redpocketmobile.com. This will allow you to see when your phone number is ported into Red Pocket.
It is important to be 100% accurate with your porting information. If incorrect information is provided, it can provide serious delay to the transfer. In some cases, delays may also be from your previous wireless service provider as they can be slow in releasing your number.
Cancellations / Refunds
We want you to be delighted with your purchase of this prepaid service. If you are not satisfied with your service and it is within 30 days of receiving your starter kit, we will refund your purchase in full. However, if you have consumed more than 30 minutes, 30 texts, or 30MB of data, it will be considered buyer's remorse and a refund will not be available.
If you do not contact us to cancel the plan within this 30 day period, or if you consume more than 30 minutes, 30 texts or 30MB of data, your purchase will be considered buyer's remorse and you will no longer qualify for a refund.

Red Pocket Mobile service works with virtually all phones in America - nearly any AT&T compatible, T-Mobile compatible, unlocked GSM, Sprint compatible phones and most other CDMA phones are compatible.
What devices will NOT work with this service?
Even though we work with all different types of devices, some exclusions apply. These include:
Locked Tracfone devices
Boost/Virgin Mobile Branded devices
Devices reported lost or stolen
Devices reported for fraud
Devices under an existing contract with another carrier or if funds are still owed to your old carrier so they block the use of your phone with us.
Is it really a one-time fee of $99 and I get 360 days of service?
Yes it is! Just a one-time fee of $99 and you get 500 minutes, 500 texts , and 500 MB of data per 30 days.
Q - What if I run out of minutes/texts/data in the middle of the 30 day cycle?
If you run out of your allotted credit per 30 day cycle, don't sweat, we don't charge pricey overages. However, you won't be able to use that specific service that was exhausted until your next 30 day cycle renews. So if you run out of minutes only, you could still text and surf the web. If you need more credit mid-cycle, we offer two options: a $2 and a $5 option.
$2 option: 100 minutes or 100 texts or 100 MB of 4G LTE speed data $5 option: 250 minutes or 500 texts or 250 MB of 4G LTE speed data
The credit does not roll over cycle to cycle so if you add 500 minutes with two days left before your 30 day cycle is over, you will only have two days to use the 500 minutes.
Q - What coverage does Red Pocket use?

Q - Can I make international calls?
Yes, your plan includes $5 of free international dialing. You can also purchase additional international dialing credits at myeasyrefill.com
Q - Can I send international text messages?
This is a yes and no answer. The CDMAS and GSMT plans include international text messaging so if you are using this network, text away! GSMA and CDMA plans unfortunately do NOT include international text messaging.
Q - Does my plan include MMS (multimedia messages, ie. picture messages)?
Yes, it sure does!
