Accidental damage is not
covered and all damages caused by the end-user will void the
warranty. Warranty does not cover any software issues that is not installed by us and unauthorized repair/upgrades. A
RMA number will be issued once the item is claimed for warranty.
You can claim a refund
for any computer not working within the first 14 days of arrival. No System can
be returned without authorization from the RMA department, they will provide
instructions on what needs to be done. Item returned for replacement or
refund must be accompanied with Receipt, RMA# and properly
packed with the original item.
